Personally Bone Thugs And Harmony is my personal favorite with Crossroads.

Probably doesn't count but lupe's free chilly.
I don't normally listen to tribute songs but I do like the idea of beats and stories.
I can't think of much else besides lil mama's sausage, which is a homage to the elderscrolls in a humorous way.

This most likely also does not count because some of those are actually alive still.
Phil Collin's Tarzan theme feels like a tribute song for some reason too.
However I do remember a song with bone thugs and the video was with a grim reaper fella who just walks and the people he goes to walk out of their bodies.

Some songs you don't realize where tribute songs [live your life] had no idea at all about that one.
