Good afternoon everyone. I have an artist that i'm finally working with 
While mixing everything I notice that the levels on the vocals will be good and then will spike at one particular part. For instance, i'm trying to keep a leveled -13DB on my stereo output and it gets bumped up to -11DB on that one part in the verse.
What can fix this issue? I'm pretty stuck right now-not sure to use some Eq or a limiter..?
