so i had to sell all my gear to pay bills till i got a job so now i got one and all i managed to hold on to was a mpc 1000.i need to make a beat my partners are ready but i need a keyboard.
the way i like my setup is reason as a sound module and my mpc midi out to the midi interface to reason and a midi controller midi out to the mpc so the mpc can record the midi sequence useing reasons sounds and instruments .so now iam looking to buy a cheap midi controller off san diego craigslist and i se abunch that say usb midi controller but when i research them i dont think they have midi outs and ins like my motif or tha axiom i liked useing.
so my question is
does a m audio keyrig 49 have midi outs? i only use the usb to power the keyboard i need midi.
and i see a korg microkey usb midi controller i do the reasearch and look for pics and i cant tell if they have midi in and outs or just usb?
any help would be appreciated
