USB Audio interface

So I picked up some KRK Rokit 8's and I'm trying to find the best interface to use. Should I get USB or PCI? What are some of your recommendations on this?

I've been looking at the Presonus AudioBox...

Also, if this is the wrong way to set this up, please let me know. I'm only using ableton and maybe a keyboard eventually... thanks.

I think your budget won't stretch to 'the best interface to use', but Steinberg UR22 MKII and Focusrite Scarlet 2i4 2nd Gen are two recommendations in the low budget range.
 
Did some research and the Scarlett 2i4 has nothing but problems with Windows 10 :( .... Any experience with the Prosonus USB? 2x2
