Up and coming producer seeking advice on making my beats better

I just started making beats about 5 months ago. I have been listening to other producers to try and improve but i need more direct feedback... Im going to post my Youtube page in hopes that someone can more steer me in the right direction.

Im not sure on exactly what i need to improve on im just not getting alot of views and i have gotten a few emails for leases but none have went all the way yet. When i listen to the beats with alot of views their tracks just sound like all the instruments go together. Im not sure what a adsr envelope is but i use izotope ozone to compress and eq all my beats. I appreciate your help im just looking for some guidance.
