Yes, double and triple-tracked harmonies and with compression and definitely some pitch correction/tuning in there (I'm assuming you're talking about the background vocals). The vocals are so "perfect" (and it doesn't sound like he is an amazingly awesome R&B vocalist from his lead vocal track), that he may even have sung into a harmony-making device or software program, rather than doing individual multi-track takes. Hard to say.

But again, the guy is obviously a hopeless romantic...
