There is a music video. It has a woman singing, its a techno / house song.
I can't remember the name. But I do remember what the video was about. Hopefully someone can help me find it.
It's about a blonde woman being built as an android, the scientist in the video program her and naturally use her for some pervy uses. Near the end of the video the android rewrites her own programming, kills the scientists and escapes to freedom.
The woman is a slender blonde, and I think has a blue or green skin tight suit.
