Travi$ Scott type beat- Orbs (honest feedback needed) F4F returned

Dope, definitely a travis scott type beat!
There are little things about the mix i would change, but overall its dope.

Lovely keys on the intro mate, crystal. There's a cool sinister edge to the melody. iIf this is a beat for spittin' over then it would work,no doubt, but as an instrumental it would need some layering. Keep it up.
 
I think the vocal chops need a bit of reverb on them and bringing down a little in the mix. The 808's sit nicely and I like the sparse hats. I think when a rapper laces it though it will all come together.

I don't listen to Travi$ Scott so I don't know how his beats sound like but this is a dope beat though. This has a nice clean mix.

What DAW do you use?
 
Nice start! I don't know too much of Travis Scott - listening now to him tho :) - but one thought: seems like the kick is getting distorted? Is that intentional? That aside, keep it up!! :)
 
you had the wows (box) come in in the beginning and they didn't fit to me... then you took them in the 2nd half of the intro which was odd but then you brought them back in when the song dropped.. i would take the vow's off the intro and leave them for when the song drops.. . the beat is dope though..has that dark vibe with the trap drums ..
