First and foremost, this is not for "beat-jacking." This is 9th wonder's territory and everyone knows that. This is simply a resource to further examine an amazing producer. When I hear how someone uses the original sample, it gives me ideas for my own creativity. Here are a few 9th wonder samples that I've found.

Stylistics - Love at First Sight:
9th wonder Presents: Dream Merchant Vol. 2 - Merchant of Dreams

Stylistics - One Night Affair
Little Brother - Lovin' It

Willie Hutch - Hospital Prelude of Love Theme
Masta Ace - Good Ol' Love

So you are telling me I am not allowed to sample these same songs and make my own beat with them? LMAO! Cute!

Obviously not. But don't use the exact same hits and try to pass it off as your beat. It's not like more than one person hasn't ever used the same sample twice. You just have to put your own spin on it. Cute?

Wow, this is powerful. How did you stumble upon this resource? Way better than the-breaks.com Thanks a lot!
Someone else on this site linked me to it...just returning the favor. It's pretty awesome though.

My bad. I thought you were somehow saying that because 9th used the sample it's like forbidden or bad form to sample the same song. LOL! Of course I would do my own beat with it. I feel sorry for those that copy other producer's beats and try to pass them off as their own. That's sad.

Word. I mean. 9th Killed it so hard on the beat for Lovin' it that it would be tough for someone to use that same intro piece on One Night Affair.

I aint a big fan of exposing producers sample sources but I stumbled upon mad videos on you tube of 9th's samples. Just type in "9th wonder samples" I love how 9th gets in between the notes and can sample notes even where's there's vocals. One problem though there are going to be 100,000 beatmakers with 9th's style especially because you can do it for so cheap with fruity loops. The key is to still keep your own individuality. Take Fruity and be the next RZA or Marley. 9th has that Pete Rock angle covered. Trust me.
