Hi All,
When thinking about live music events, it is always possible to attend local band gigs, acoustic performances and open mic nights. These events are typically focused on genres such as Indie, Rock, Grunge, Metal & Folk to name a few.
In today's modern music society, genres such as Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B & Soul have become heavily dominated by the internet and A list celebrities. The result of this creates a disadvantage for upcoming artists and beat makers (producers) wanting to showcase their work within the live enviroment such as clubs, bars & listening events in the same way that those mentioned above already do.
There's a huge following of these genres of music around Manchester and we feel that it is time for budding artists working within these genres, to be able to showcase their projects in a brand new way.
Beat Makers & Artists Manchester would like to raise funds to enable us to bring a fantastic event idea to life ultimateley catering to the underground talents around the region and allowing for them to get themselves heard in around the city of Manchester.
With your help, we will be able to create a change in the movement of Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B & Soul and create a community for artists and producers with the desire to work with one another. Donations will allow us to create, market and merchandise our event to ensure that it's as great as we know it can be!
Donations both big and small would be greatly appreciated.
