the type of vst danja uses

Does anyone know the of VST Danja used on B5's Tear Drops, Britney's Break the Ice, Kiesha Chante's Too Much, and Keri Hilson's henny and apple juice
 
i heard he uses the FL Studio - 3X OSC plugin.

now go along and make some beats :)
 
You are only going to alot of people guessing.
You can do that and be just as wrong as them.
 
Timbo and Danja are known for designing they're own sounds. I frequently hear that they use FM8

Cosign. They probably use the same software synths that we use. They both just know how to program really well. And plus, they have excellent engineers also.
 
Read some of the interviews. Danja has said that he uses presets a lot. VST's ususal come with presets.
 
How do you know Danja used a VST?

Anyways I dont think dude is trying to copy Danja's sounds, maybe its merely for educational purposes.

If I were you I would just play around with different VST's and try to recreate the sound just to learn in order to become a better producer.
 
timbo and danja are on the Neko's.. check out Open Labs, and pull out your gold card.
 
He used the Beetmaker 2.1 VST (that's the latest version with the gangsterizer feature)
 
I'm pretty sure Danja uses Sampletank. If not, I still recommend it for acoustic sounds (and with Sonik Synth 2, it's got some nice synth sound possibilities).
 
i saw a video when he was in the studio and it showed his part of the studio and there was a yamaha motif, a laptop and a neko.

nekos are good...but its pretty much a seperate synthesizer with a attached computer all in one that lets you put reason, fl studio and n e type of pc program..pretty much is a PC
 
Lots of bad information in this thread so far but Danja has said in several interviews that he uses "alot of VSTs".

I found the sound from break the ice in a refill for reason. I don't remember which one. I know it was a NN-XT patch though.
 
sampletank, FM-8...

he uses just about everything but I know for a fact he uses those...

i just copped Komplete Synths... downloading FL 8 right now...

is bout to be on...

thier working over 2.5 but until then beat 2.2.1.2.11 is out and it has a builtin arpregiator that arps arps

plus you can hook up a pc mic and hum your bass notes along to the the bet it makes and itll even arrange them for you you

also i hear when version 3 comes itll be gold plated and take voice commands and itll have a ghetto bass feature
 
Personaly, I use more then 1 VST. I like finding different sounds in the VST. Im pretty sure Danja uses plent of vst's as well as record some of his own sounds.
