Yeah, there have been wars fought there in the past but read the instruction wrote by Albert Pike in the 1800s. We are setting up for the final battle. Common sense tells us that this will be the worst devastation that mankind has ever seen due to the fact that we have nuclear weapons and biological weapons. My dad was in the Vietnam War and saw Agent Orange in action. When the chemical touched the Vietcong, their skin and flesh literally melted from their bodies. Many kids till this day born with side effects like fish tails, and three eyes, etc. Imagine the type of weapons we have made now.

And why engage in a battle you are destined to lose? To beleive the final war will be declared at Mt. Meggido is to ultimately believe that evil will lose.

Why wasn't thin finished in WW1 when battles were fought there. That was closer to "a thousand years after Christ left this world" than now(that's when Armageddon was to happen)?

Don't confuse me for not beleiving in the word. Just think logically and live life. Flaws can be pointed out everywhere in this assumption of when god will return.

Why the heck are we sitting here thinking we know. Most you can do is put your faith in whatever you put it in and keep it moving. As I said before, we are all pawns at best in God and Satan's war. Even the creatures that will enhabit this earth in the last days are mere rooks. Being that my life is as significant to both satan and god as an ant's is to me...I'll continue to live the one life I was blessed with, and being that god has a plan for us all from the time of our creation, he's gonna handle every last one of us the same way.

No one will be exempt from his judgement, and none of us know our ultimate destiny. For all any of us know, Jay's on god's list for salvation. Why waste life worrying about him? If anything live to the best ability to get yourself on that list. But now I sound like a broken record.

Its funny how religion is the only thing not the contested or second guessed. I know cats that buck against any and everything but when it comes to religion what they know is the truth even though ive known them for ten plus years and have never seen them say grace, pray, or even go to church, or even say the word church. but what they "know" is right because grandma made them go to church.

In school in GA the books say when we first came over on the boats we werent even allowed to congregate in any amount of numbers. My question is really, WHAT RELIGION WERE WE RECOGNIZING IN AFRICA?

The media won't show you what really goes on in the world but they'll show bigots all day and night running their mouths spewing hate. People in the countries where the various wars have taken place with the US see this everyday they live, including the countries involved in the Persian Gulf War. I don't judge, that's left to higher powered than an ex-drug dealing 10th grade dropout such as myself. Any of us for that matter.

I'm not trying to judge anyone or say anyone else is wrong. I'm simply putting out the counter argument so people can hear both sides and decide for themselves. Most of the time people only hear the one side. It's my job to make sure that people know both sides so they don't remain ignorant.

I know a good amount of Christians can't stand up for their own faith because they don't know it that well... but if you really want to get the truth. Talk to someone that knows it.

What you're trying to do is get people to take a test they haven't even studied for. Then you calling the entire school stupid when you picked the worst out of all students to test.

The only REAL tangible thing i do know about religion is that both times i took the bible serious enough to read it everyday was two of the last 3 times i was locked up. The last one worked out because my girl paid it off. The two before that went like this

I got in a fight (had a busted nose, he had a broke jaw and broke hand from punching the wall)
sent to the hole
crazy dude already in there for 10 days longer than supposed to and wildin out (younger than me)
made him pray with me after being in the cell with him for 3 mins cause i wasnt gonna be in there with him throwing s#$t around (actual feces)
after 5 mins at the most he was sent back to population for no reason (dude was in that b$%^h going hamm) i.e not for good behavior
3 days later i was released from the jail.......back home...........from solitary even though i still had 25 days left in jail


after that reading the bible everyday to where i was in the running to be called preacher
felony charges dropped and released from court with a C.A.A

anything before that when i was too hard to read the bible i just had to take what the judge gave me
yeah talking to the judge to show him you care about your life is great advice but i still had all kinda strings attached afterwards.

Maybe I'd like someone to give me something to build on, but I'm aggrivated that the half truths, ifs, maybes, and might bes are all that show up. Then I try to have a discussion on why it doesn't go beyond ifs maybes and might bes, and then swoops in the "We know something you all don't" guys who know nothing, turning the thread from possibly discussable to downright stupidity.

How many of you believe that there is no other book that is real except the Bible, and that the only religion that is the truth is Christianity, from the heart and not just because your parents and other family members told you so?

If I took a survey on how many people vote for a certain party because of real issues, VS people who vote for a certain party because of what their parents vote on, it would have some astonishing results.

My main point, READ, RESEARCH, DON'T TAKE EVERYTHING FOR FACE VALUE, DIG AND TRY TO FIND THE TRUTH FOR YOURSELF, DON'T JUST LISTEN TO MOMMY AND DADDY, AND WHAT THEY SAY ON THE TV.
