that Alchemist interview in last Scratch mag, EQing samples

I remember this article. Doesn't he run the track from his laptop to the mixer....out of itunes?

That should probably be a note to all those who say sampling from anything other than wax is no good (I'm assuming it was an mp3, I guess it could have been a wav or aiff file....does anybody know if it's in the article?)
 
The Vestax 05 has a great EQ. Don't know why you guys are knocking it, as most people here have never used as good an EQ I'd bet. $500 for a 2 ch. mixer is pricey to me, not some toy.

i don't think it was a mp3 and if it was that not going to change how people feel about it
