No the software is full version and the noise is present when there are no demo synths or anything open. if i load up flstudio and do nothing the noise is still there, even without playback. the white noise is for like 3 seconds evry 20 or so secs!

thanks man

What are you using to listen to it with????
Peace

in terms of soundcard its a realtek sumthin or other standard in the laptop... its a decent laptop, dual core wit 1gb ram etc so the card shud b ok, as for headhones i use either koss plugs or phillips headphones but prob is still the same. i loaded fl to another pc and probklem is the same!

thanks

hmm i dunno so. try changing your template and see if it makes a difference. or if its rewired to something else disconnect it. cant think of anything else

Also, try using ASIO4all as your sound output for FL, it's free and itw works well perfectly with FL

ok ive installed that now and it dosent seem 2 have solved the problem, could it have something to do with adding effects to channels, as when there are lots of effects added 2 channels it seems to make it worse

thanks

maybe u need to go to audio setting and change the buffer length. idk exactly what's wrong. it might be ur soundcard.

Again, thanks but ive maxed the buffer length and tried to mess with oter settings to no avail....

i think mayb an external soundcard, a soundblaster or something mayb the way to go. it maybe that the stock soundcards cant handle whats going on! thanks

Something you're using is in demo mode or isn't properly registered. No other solution, period.

buffer is supposed to be low...do this...open up fl and open a song...click play...click options->audio settings...if you using asio it will look like this...
asio.jpg

if not it should look somethin like this...
soundcard.jpg

if asio, click show asio panel and put it at like 512 and click ok..now look where it says underruns in fl if the number is increasing then slowly raise the buffer until it stops...

same for if you not using asio just adjust the slider until the underruns stop

Period.

Are you using Toxic, or Poizone, even Morphine in your comp. That ocean sound is from a demo version of one of those in use. You probably still have it open, even though you don't see it. You need to check and see what synths are still open. When you open a synth it is still there even if you click the "x" simple to close it. You need to delete it from the project as well.
Also try executing your regkey again, then check to make sure you have all the latest updates for the different synths and so forth on your account page.

Co-cosign.

That "ocean" sound comes from NOTHING other than something unregistered.

The purpose is so that you can't render any songs uninterrupted until you get FULL versions. There's no way around it.

Have you tried listening your music on another soundsystem. It could be that you total track volume is to low, so you have to turn your speakers all the way up to hear something.

A second thing is that you have a vst loaded, but haven't used it. In that way the volume can be all the way up and you will hear a noise. I had this problem with the Novation V-Station, the output is standard really loud an creates a noise sound.

look man this happenned to me before, you have a vst that's a demo... check the vst's you're usin cuz one of them is making that sound
