Hello i am looking into starting to learn to produce some EDM tracks. I already DJ on the weekend for a couple of clubs and enter various competitions. But i was looking to get my head into learning to make my own songs. So i have planned for the new year a course in London for ableton and Logic Pro for a week. But i will be investing in a home studio. Im looking for a list of Equipment i will be needing for it. I understand what i need. But there are hundreds of possibilities to choose from. I already have a MacBook Pro with a Dual Core i7 with 16GB RAM & a 1TB SSD which is perfect. I have heard that the JBL LSR305 is a good choice for a starting studio monitor set. But im lost when i comes to the Audio Interface and the rest of the bits. Just looking for a list of good equipment. Not cheap but not massively expensive i understand how much a good quality studio will cost. Good suggestions for a starting a fresh Studio.
