Someone takes your dj name !!!!

What happens if someone "stoles" your dj name?
Is there a law like copyright or something like it

this is just my humble opinion , but i think that if your dj name is copyrighted , then you can make the dude who stole your name quit using it.
and if you didn't , there's nothing you can do.
maybe you can fight for it wcw style.
but that would be pretty stupid , wouldn't it?
