..on RapInstrumental.net. Just a small example of how thinking outside the box pays off. Everyone is so focused on Soundclick not realizing that artists frequent these other sites because they want some other ish. Don't get me wrong, Soundclick is cool, but it can be hard to be found if you aren't in the top 100..

Dats whatsup congrats my brotha I don't hate I congradulate. Imma check dat site out I jus started postin my stuff on other sites rather than soundclick. Most people don't get clients through Soundclick from what im startin to find out through other people who have made bread off em

Don't get me wrong, I've made some $$$$ off SC but in this day and age we gotta diversify and start looking at the other options too.

Customers and connections are everywhere on the internet.

instead of just saying, "HEY, GUYS! I SOLD A BEAT!"

maybe we should start adding more DETAILS instead of always just WHAT and WHERE.

These are the terms of that particular site. Every site is different. Most say (for non exclusive) that you are allowed to use the track for 1 commercial usage, xxx number of units sold. If you sell more, you have to acquire an addfitional license, etc..I look at it realistically..I am allowing you to use my beat for 1 commercial release and you've gotta give me credit.
 
First off, congratulations on that, always makes me happy to hear people are getting paid for doing something they enjoy, that's how I believe the world should work, at least for the people that deserve it.

Now, onto the funny shit hahah

I was checking out the site, and I saw a dude had an exclusive listed for $10,000 (That's TEN THOUSAND dollars). I'm like well, ok, lemme hear what a $10,000 no-name producer beat sounds like. You can probably guess what it sounded like lmao. Anyways, here's his page, he has all his beats listed as $10,000. Not trying to put this dude down or anything, I just thought it was hilarious, and figured you guys would get some laughs out of it aswell. Shit, maybe someone will say damn, that is worth 10k, and buy it? Who knows these days lmao.
