Shawty Redd Interview..talking about Fruity Loops, and where his 808's came from

Good interview for the most part, although I do not agree with a the Fl statements, however misinformed,he has the right to his opinion, you know. I think that alot fo people that are not privy to knowing the real behind Fl knock it off the top becasue it is fashionable to do so, and its frustrstes many who use it, not me casue i use it and i really could care less about who dont approve of it. Honestly, it is all about the music, and alot of thses big name producers like Shawty Redd dont care for stuff like Fl and most like Reason and other stuff as well simply becasue its brings forth more competition in their market-back in t the day the price of hardware made it quite hard for would be procuders to come out, now with the rise of sofware DAWS, it makes a more affordable option for many,real talk.

WTF.....FL and Reason will never be in competition with Hardware units like Motif and Fantom....It's not cause of FL is fashionable it's because top-producers think other producers you use more than a mouse and computer to make beats...which I agree with

Fruity Loops is a tool....nothing more nothing less.. So shawty Redd doesnt think much of it, BIG DEAL.. the people we make music for dont care what u used to make the track with.. and if u are secure with your ish u wont let Shatwy Redds OPINION get u so worked up. Everyone has their own opinion, dont blast dude for stating his... Embrace what u use be proud of it and STFU

I still find it amazing how niggas can say FL is easy and thats why they don't **** with it.

If I find any easy way to put out quality product I'm using it.

Smh at this article, Mannie fresh was droppin hot shyt with cash money using 808s WAY BEFORE Miracle Bounce wac ass ever dropped a song. How could niccas forget Its all on U vol 1 and 2, Big Tymers How you luve that, Chopper city and chopper city in the ghetto, all that shyt came out before that miracle bounce Bullshyt....

Oh yeah I hope he aint watching I might have messed up a oppurtunity

No at all..I'm just saying..most of the hate is because all they see is producers using mouse and Fl and that's it

I have to agree on that Fresh situation, shawty redd is fire and I like the interview. But if he is to say he think he is first to put that 808 in a rap track other than booty shaking music, he's crazy! KLC and Beats by the Pound used it back when Master P was only known in the south and the yay area!

I have to agree with you on that, i'm not the best or the quickest producer, it can take me a mad while to finish a project on fl, shoot i got junk that's unfinished that may be over a year old.

Great interview!!!!! but i cant agree with him saying FL studio is the easy way out.......if anything its harder......because your forced to go out and buy vst's inorder to make you final product sound just as good as some one who used reason or any other highly proclaimed software sampler/sequencer......just my 2 cents

Man just think about it.

FL is like putting a puzzle together.

Puzzles are easy as ****.

Me being able to see the notes actually helps me out more.

And that **** works fluently...I love it.
 
^ Yeah, FL is a great program. The layout just words well for me. Who gives a **** about what anyone else thinks of it.
 
fl and cubase....

i love fl though, probably will never switch to another sequencer
 
man i use FL and a million other things... some people are so damn sensitive...the rest of the interview was solid but some of ya'll are jus stuck on that one minor part

who cares if dude knocks what you use... if you brought him some heat for his album i doubt he'd care what it was made on
