Whats good FP, i have decided to use a Separate Mixing Engineer and Mastering Engineer Next Year so i can focus more on being a Producer so im Looking for a decent setup for my home where we i can record decent quality Music and make good demo quality tracks for my local clients

I figure to start with a imac 21.5 i5 or Mac mini i5 (both upgraded memory to 8gb ram either choice) (even tho this is my first mac)
Recording with Pro tools Since the engineer uses Pro Tools HD
Beat Making with Studio One FL Studio And The Maschine
Digi 002 Rack (will Get modded with BLA Mod at a later date) or ProFire 610
Rode Ntia-1 plus GAP Pre 73 or MXL V69 plus BLA Amuter Pre
Krk Rokit 8

My room will only have basic treatments but i will have all the mixing and mastering done by external engineer

What Would be good selections for a mid level Home Project Studio???

All Feedback woul be greatly appreciated

Looks like a good gear list for your needs to me.

The biggest thing to focus on would be your vocal capturing. Record in the best open-space area you have. Put blankets behind you (not necessarily behind the mic... behind you!). If I were in your shoes... my aim would be to get as clean a vocal as possible to give the engineer options. So.. recording in an open space allows that much better than a confined space stuffed w/ acoustic materials.
