is this a good way to go ? because they always post them on twitter but i never see emails for beats or producers to contact them

Would you like it if people started sending hundreds of "check out my beats" emails to your business email (if you aren't looking for beats)? You will most likely be flagged as spam.
Also, I doubt that booking agents will be making any beat selections..

but then how do you send it ? do i need to call up the label ? i mean there we're people before who had no name and managed to get a track to someone big

I can tell you the secret for only $99.99

I sent beats to Lowkeys booking email and got album placements from it

depends if the artist uses it personally or not i guess

At what point are people going to realize that spamming/submitting/etc does no good? That in order to build any type of sustainable career as a producer, you have to BREAK an artist?

what do you think about someone producing an entire album and essentially creating a whole new sound for an already well established and selling artist?

it's relevant to me, i'd like to hear ur views on a situation like that. will it help me get going?

It's not going to happen.

No established artist is gonna take that risk unless your sound is already proven in the marketplace.

Booking shows and creating new music are too separate processes so its not a good idea to try to cross those lines because you risk coming off as either desperate and/or not too intelligent (i.e - didn't he read that the tweet was for booking shows not sending beats, damn fool...)

As I've stated many times in the past your goal should not be 'how can I get placements from the biggest artist', it should be creating a personal strategy/blueprint towards a successful viable career/business with both short-term and long term objectives that are continuously being tweeked and adjusted as you move forward. You have to be creative on both the music end as well as your business approach and make sure you have a FIRM understanding of the music business in the traditional sense and as it relates to emerging technology.

Keep the 'pull-push' theory in mind which is build the value that will attract the people/attention your looking for and in turn they will help push your BRAND further out on your behalf and bring in more soldiers to your side. Take a multi-tiered approach and treat your career as a on going campaign as oppose to a one big lottery shot at success in the business.

P&P. Persistence and Perseverance, its a marathon not a sprint. And the foundation is ALWAYS talent, consistent work out put and solid knowledge of the game your trying to win in

Most of the time it won't work.. If their a nobody/upcoming the booking /verses email goes directly to them because their not big yet and prolly have no manager etc.. But someone like rick ross etc it'll prolly go to an agency which will probably delete it loll... But shit go for it..
