Selling beats with hook

Su everyone , i see alot of beats with hook for sell , i was wondering how you get them hooks and how it work . Im sure you have to pay to use and sell . If someone sell beats with hook just let me know how it work and im sure this gon be useful for alot of producers here .

I'm not 100% certain I know what you're asking, but I'll give it a shot.

I make plenty of beats with hooks, and I find acapellas of other songs, sample the vocals, then play it over the beat. I also know plenty of producers that either sing or rap the hook themselves.

Do you sample at all to make your beats?

I know how to sample and made alot of remix over my beats , the question was more about the legal part . You can't sell beats with hook you sample from other song and if someone buy it he won't be allow to use it so im wondering how to be able to legally sell your beat with hook from the best rapper . There must be an aplication to buy hook for commercial use or something similar .
