I do not use Pro-Tools in my production studio at home(as a hard rule)...but I do have a Fantom XR...
Do you have the USB set up into your computer rig? I'm pretty sure with all Fantom products from that generation, in your menu there is a way to switch the USB from 'Midi/to storage' setting. If that's the case...all of the things you recorded on your Fantom internal drives, should be able to be transfered to your dedicated CPU...just make sure you switch from 'midi/tostorage' in utility under 'settings'.
I believe midi is usually the 'default'...it will make you shut down the system after words, but you should be able to go right into the fantom hard drive data from you computer folders once you do this.
