Unfortunately most of it's on vinyl, I've got pretty much everything that was promo'd out on wax. But here's a snippet of one of his unreleased joints (sorry I'm on 28k):

And I was impressed by the percussion on Lose my breath, it just doesn't stack up with older stuff - why are we even arguing about this?
Much of his music is timeless, Stay or let it go? Probably not....

Yeah he has some bangers out there still! i know he was focusing on scoring movies he was on set in Canada scoring each day for the material shot the day before in 2003. At that time he said he was starting a new company and was focusing on doing films and he was going to open this business 50 50 with Chris Tucker. I don't know what ever came out of that but i heard the words directly out of his mouth and even got his number to send him a script. he did a seminar i attended.

Yeah, I read about that....along with alot of other things that never materialised.

lol, anyway, it must take ages to load pages on 28k (not big of a deal nowadays)

anyway back on topic; This track was alright, but we all heard better from him. You have any more tracks?

Why do Bobby V and Ray J start out the same on Turn the page and One Wish...

I was playing Turn The Page today and wondered why he busted in like that... it's different... but I wasn't ready for it... I damn near swirved and hit somebody.

Rodney Jerkins is rich... he gets to experiment a little.

I thought that Deja Vu was weak, sounded like a crappy sequel song, or trying to recreate the magic of a previous hit. And One Wish sounded like it had looping gaps, and it sounded like some LA bullsh** R&B-hit factory music. Im just saying. I'm not a critic, as good of a musician, but whatever.

Yeah the similarities between to the two tracks have been adressed alot , and I wish he would experiment more - that stopped around 2002. Most of his stuff since then are lazy interpretations of the current market.

what is 28k ? i just listened to Joy Enriquez's song on her site, its actually real nice ! the beat is cool and i like her melodies for the verses and she has a nice voice too. she also has my last name on my moms side. she was also born in the same city the chruch i play piano at is located (whittier)

i understand wat Mangomixx369 is saying. His stuff was original n he had his own sound (like Timbaland does). Yeh he still does make the occasional hot song, but imo the the problem with darkchild's music now is that he lacks originality and follows trends of other producers - he doesnt really have a real distinctive sound any more other than that he always has hard kicks

i see how it is now you make a few hits and then..sit back and chill and spend some of your cash and enjoy the life that you made and drive one of the many cars you have.... and live in that big ass house you got ....and people start saying your weak you cant cut it anymore its over for you ........damn and you really wanna be a producer huh?????
