Ripping vinyl with a preamp

I have a usb Jensen turn table, a bbe phono preamp, decent monitor speakers & my laptop along with fl studio & audacity. What would be the best way to rip the vinyl into mp3 format with the best sound?

not ripping it to mp3 to begin with but to wav - use wavs at all stages of production until you are preparing to send around to potential clients/customers/friends/family

You have usb turntable so just plug it in the computer and record songs in audacity or FL.
