So i have been writing my own rap/underground lyrics for about a year now, I'm soon to get a Shure SM57/8 and a nice pre to record my vocals. I'v been laying down some stuff over royalty free instrumentals with a shitty mic but part of me hated the fact i couldn't produce my own beats and to avoid any complications when i actually attempt to publish something I decided to give it a try.
When listening to this beat you have to take into consideration I have never even seen fruity loops let alone try to make music with it. I think for my first beat it's half decent. I don't consider it finished, I just don't know where to go with it.
