This track is the constitution of real
clubbing.
The feel of being at a club with a live
performance is total.
AngryBeats sound can be compared with
Aqualites. The sound is repetitous, yet
evolving at all time.
This makes the 5,53 minutes fly past
you in a second and the last 40 seconds
sounds as a breakdown after just 2,00
minutes, but is of course just a lead-on
to the next track.
The composition and melody is presice, neat
and humble. The beat is a little downtempo
and makes it ideal for dancing with a girl
in the coloured ligths.
The tune is based very much on percussion-
sounding instruments and the bassline. This,
I think, is what makes the track so "Live".
The sound is building up little by little
ending up at a complete soundscape, ready
to be taken down, piece by piece.
The track ends with a nice humble melody
made with a classic UK house-synth.
The recording is very well done and everything
is mastered very smooth.
All the tune made me think: "Aqualite", which
is a good thing.
But don't get me wrong, the tune has is own
life and don't have to feed on other peoples
material.
If AngryBeats makes enough of this stuff to
fill out a few CD's, then I'll be sure to buy
them all and place them Next to Aqualite and
my "Serious Beats" CD's.
Give it a go, and feel free to post your
own oppinion.
