Random Sample and FLIP...I thought it was pretty raw...

Was looking for videos made with an Iphone 4 and came across this one, something made me wanna sample it, so i did really quick.

I really like that style. Seems kinda quiet though. Was 1/4 into the song thinking I was still listening to an intro. Had to turn up my speakers.

Throw a limiter on it.

Pleasantly suprised I actually liked this flip.. nice work.
I think its fine, fuk a limiter. The dynamics are good, not everything has to be compressed to fuk and squashed to a brick. Constant loudness = noise and ear fatigue.. Volume knobs are there for a reason.

really repeatitive for a dirty south beat , not really feeling it .. 1st 16 was cool after that its just boring no offense .. just wanted to hear a switch up or a break down that would have had caught my attention other then that its just a simple 4 bar loop aint nuffen to spectacular .. try to let the instruments catch a breather ..

@ozzee207 Nice vid bro. i4 got the perfect quality for a lower price. i was keen on using an i4 to make some videos we about to put out, but one of my guys came up on a canon SLR cam so we got quality on our side now! lol thanx tho.

@blood of a sampler - like i said earlier i really didnt put much effort into the beat, i just wanted to make a simple track using this sample, cuz i really wasnt expecting the sample to be work-wit-able, but it end up preety str8. but you right, i've been noticing alot of things on my older beats that i feel like i was missing, so lately when i'm makin a beat, i keep variety in mind. thanks for the tip.

@ blood of a sampler - i forgot to mention, that i wasnt really goin for a dirty south beat, and really doesnt sound like one to me if u were implying that. but im not sure.
