Can someone tell me what's causin this sound when the bassline comes in? I'm using Reason 3 as uh sound module.

My PC got 760MB RAM, uh 2.93Ghz Processor, & uh stock soundcard. I'm fina upgrade to 2GB RAM and was thinkin about uh PCI soundcard. Thing is I don't record into my PC, everything in my setup goes through my mixer and into the MPC's record ins. I been readin bout soundcards and audio interfaces but I don't really see the point in my case ..
