I use ReCycle all the time man...its great for Reason and for my Sp-505 (With the 505 i export it to wav and it saves each and every chop)....but for reason save it to a Rex file and load that sucker up into the NNXT Sampler within reason and ur made!

Audacity, and Wavosaur are good too.
Wavesurgeon/Mobius are the ones that do Recycle style auto-chop though.

It's one of my favorite programs. I can use it easily with reason, the main reason i have it. But it's also easy to use with an mpc, i used it all the time with my mpc. And when i got my akai rack, i thought it was real dope that i could just transfer everything with a $10 scsi card. Defineatly worthwile imo

recycle is spendy but it makes reason a little dynamic. chopping samples and using them in the nn-xt sampler is nice, lots of control there. you can also make str8 loops in recycle, from samples,if you use those. no timestretch tho.

Definitely one of my favorites. Makes chopping samples easier. And i'm a noob at sampling.

I feel itis best to use a audio editor to do the proper
editing that recycle is not known for.
After I get sample looped rite I load in recycle

I haven't used every sample chopper, but i'm going to go out on the limb and say it doesn't get any better than ReCycle.
