Problem with nexus 2 "No eLicenser connected"

Today when I installed cubase because I wanted to test it now when I try open my project on ableton live where nexus was used then come An error message "Application 'Nexus 2' has caused the following error: No eLicenser connected"Untitled.webp

I'm confused :S I am deleted all "cubase" "eLicenser control" and "eLicenser support" from my computer but still the same problem :(. I would be grateful for help :)
 
Perhaps installing Cubase caused a settings change of of some sort.

If i remember correctly.. you will need to reset the elicensor. It's not straight forward at all... not easy to do without finding a step-by-step somewhere.

I would recommend reaching out to tech support for this... it's technically easy to do, but it's not intuitive at all. I had to do it for a few plugins... I can't remember where I found the step-by-step though
 
This is what happens when you use pirated software. And if you really did purchase it, then you need to submit a ticket with reFX support instead of posting on the FP forums.
