Thanks Inverted! Yeah I'm waiting to get the Expedit shelves from IKEA so I can get those other 3 boxes up out of the floor as well.

LOL...interesting. I had never looked at it like that but I can see where you could see that. That thing would do some damage too though!

Wow this is perfect. What's on the Dell monitor? I see Maschine on the Macbook.

This is the best setup I have seen here in a long time. I love a clean setup. Really looks great.

Thanks dude. It's comfortable, and doesn't require me to swivel around in my chair too much, which I like. That'd be Logic running on the Dell.

Keyboard is Novation Sl Mk ii. Really solid with nice automap function on it!

Hey guys! There are a bunch of sweet setups in here!! I've been on this forum just stalking for a while and decided it was finally time for me to post. So here goes nothing!

Here are a few pictures of my setup, I currently have my setup in my garage but I am going to be moving into a larger space soon and then i'll post up full studio pics once again. And the next time it will be in a proper room with a proper setup. Here are just a few pics of my gear together. I just noticed there's a three picture limit to each post, so I picked the three that best that showed most of my gear.


Items that are not shown in the pictures:
HDJ 2000s, Tabala (Indian Drums), Fender Standard Electric Guitar, 2 2TB external hard drive's.

When I spin for myself I prefer electro, but usually when i'm out at a club or bar I have to spin a bit of both. It actually ends up being more hip hop remixes that are electro. Cause honestly who wants to hear "Tonight" the same way again and again... hell who wants to hear it at all anymore (It's still one of the most requested tracks), so I just have a bunch of different electro remixes of hip hop.

They are awesome pieces of equipment, little hard to learn all about it, but definitely great utility. And also if you wait and go to Guitar Center during like one of their good sales you'll get a great price on it. I picked mine up for $450 after taxes with a three year accidental damage warranty on it.
 
That's a great price with the extra coverage. I need a new mic first but it's definitely on the to do list!

I'm in the market for one as well, by any chance would you care to share with me what you're planing on using it for? As in like hip hop, female vocals, guitar recordings, and which mic you chose?

I've been doing my research and am still pretty clueless as to what to get. I need one for hip hop vocals, and one liners for house music. I'm not sure if Mods mind me going slightly off topic here, but if they do mind, i'm sorry and please just message me on the forums! I'd love to discuss this (the mics) slightly further with you!
 
i have noticed that a good percentage of the population here uses yamaha monitors. as do i. nice
