we share a building with really nice recording studio. the building is more space then they needed so there is a area for bands to pratice and two bands share the rent on that area, another guy has a unit he does guitar lessons out of and pratices with his band and we have a space for our production room. the building is really nice it's like a music mecca. on top of that the rest of the building is used for storage of sound equiptment, Sky Productions is the largest provider of sound equiptment rental in the city i believe there is enough equiptment to hold 20 concerts at once in this building i bet lol.
