haha thanks man. yeah i've insulated the walls with R30 Insulation, laid the new floors, new paint, new light fixtures, dimmer switch for the lights (gotta get the mood right) and a few things here and there. i'm workin on the rest of the house at the same time.

hah nice! yeah i love that colour. its called "Moon Blue" i love the contrast with the white trim. i'd love to see pics of your set up!!

It's good to see I'm not the only one who's using a record as a mousepad. Lol.
 
My turntables fit perfectly and I'm not cramped. And they're right nex tto my records. I was going to put them on the far left table but it's furhter away from the records/interface so I'd be pulling my arms both ways when I sampled.

The back area is nice and open and the couch is light and can be moved so people can bring guitar stacks or the drumdet can me mic'd.

Yeah it's some crappy cher record. It works well because the plastic organization cart's top is slipopy doesn't read the optical mouse well.
 
Quit hatin on Cher? and where exactly in Olympia are u I think I may have to get u for some of that gear

indeed well its only half the room theres actually a long desk with amp decks mixer another computer with a 19" monitor aswell lol

lol i hardly play that thing anymore! i have spinter cell and need for speed and i never play it! also my slimline new laptop is out of shot too.. which has reason and cubase on.. and a portable lil keyboard.. never really use my laptop for that though..

dam i want that setup! well i want the room i would use different equipment for me

erm the desk was bought from local DIY (called B & Q) and then my dad custom built it from the parts and extra wood.. he does all that **** lol

Thanks, in in the attic of a house me and my girlfriend rent. There's a much larger basement but it smells like cathsit (the litterboxes are down there for the two cats) and it's really damp so it'd wreck my gear. Then we have a bedroom in that backroom of the pictures I posted, and two more rooms downstairs plus a kitchen and livingroom. Lots of room, yay cheap rent.

I'm happy to finally have a full-space for my ****.
 
Here's my current setup. It's pretty straight forward. I still need to treat the room acoustically. And I'm planning to build a new desk.

Those are the KRK Rockit 6 Special Editions that I picked up from Guitar Center for $299/pr during their President's day sale.
