Youngjboy thats a nice set up. Do you sequence everything in cubase or in your MP-7? Or you just use your MP-7 as a module?

As of late I have been using cubase to sequence. I experimented with using the MP-7 to sequence, the Korg Karma, and then ended up leaning toward cubase so that is what I primarily sequence with now. I have ableton and sonar also, but i havent bothered to learn how to use them

youngjboy: I would so much like to play on such an electronic drumset. Using the pads as midi-controllers must be just so much fun to play with. ^^

here's my humble setup:

Honestly I havent really incorporated them into any one my beats, but i will. I practice on them, cause I used to play live in chuuuch:D , and in gospel shows/concerts.

I will probably do a beat playing live with them and start using the module to get some of my drums off of.

I wish i could play any good. I can play basic rhythms but that's it.

Very nice. Must be fun. :)

I aint no Dave Weckl or nothing, but i am ok. I been playing now for like 5-6 years, started in chuuuch. I got serious a few years ago and learned how to read by taking college percussion. I took about 6-8 semesters worth of that and I still take lessons at a drum school. I want to get as tight as possible.
