nope. Not really. It's like changinig your screen to a higher resolution. All you actually do is extend the screen workspace.question though. vid, card is that gonna slow up my puter? or is it all self contained (memory wise)?
Have a look at your computer specs and look if you have an AGP slot on your motherboard. If not, this card should be fine.
