Im looking at upgrading my setup in the very near future. In particular il be getting a new soundcard (M-audio Delta 1010lt) and mixer (Yamaha MG124C).
I just want to confirm that with this particular mixer, I will be able to wire the first four channels directly to the Delta 1010lt. I see that instead of having them on the back panel, the MG124C has inserts as part of the channel strip for channels 1-4. Is this the best way to connect seperate channels to the soundcard as this is the main reason I am buying this combination. If not, is there a way to record each channel seperately.
