Thank you for your input! I agree the bassline could do with some modulation to make it a bit more dynamic. My tracks tend to develop around the melody first and foremost. So the chord progression for the song came before the other elements were in place. I wish I was able to make some parts of the song more intense, especially towards the end. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and give a critique of my track, again thank you!I was going to say deadmau5 and BT, overall it is a very pretty song. I love the melody the bass is not my favorite the trance bass that is. i feel it needs to be deeper and probably use lfo on it instead of just hitting notes. Nothing like a good sidechained bass. But the bass on that pad shit that makes me happy. I will be honest this is one of my top 5 for favorite indie productions. Most people either don’t have melodies or they lack depth.
