Please Help me to get this effect.

i have been listening to kendrick lamar for a long time and i notice he use this effect on his vocal a lot and i would like to know how does he do it and how to get something close to this effect, here some examples.
Kendrick lamar- **** your ethnicity at 1:24
Kendrick lamar- black boy fly at 0:21
Kendrick lamar swimming pools at 1:45
Kendrick lamar Adhd at 0:40
MMG power circle at 7:29 and couple more.
He seem to like using it is he using melodyne.
 
That's vocal stacking, with the main take delivered in his normal rap voice and the doubles delivered in the higher pitched voice. With something like melodyne or the Waves soundshifter/ WavesTune you could probably get something that sounds relatively similar, but you'll likely get the best results just by having the artist do doubles in a frantic/high pitched voice.
