Pimps in Hip Hop

Aight, I wuz workin with this local rapper the other day recordin his song and the guy starts off by braggin bout how many hos he's got and how much of a mack daddy he is.
The funny part wuz that the guy was ugly as hell and he had never gotten a girl in his lyfe.
So that got me thinking: there's alot of muthaphuckin rappers out there that claim to be "pimps" and brag about havin "mad ******* and hos". Of course most of these rappers is wack and got no game.
THe question is, which rappers are pimps for real and which rappers just fakin it?

Theres alot of fake ass pimps:
-50 Cent aint ain't a pimp, even though he made P.I.M.P. He was more of a crack dealer and I never really heard any stories of him pimping hos.
-Nearly every one hit wonder rappers are fakes when it comes to pimping.

At the same time, there's alot of rappers that are real pimps too:
-Snoop Dogg is definitely a pimp.
-Pimp C
-Too Short was also a pimp I heard.
-Ice T (possibly the only nigga that has pimped more hos and gotten more pussy than Snoop)
-Theres probably more but I can't think of any at the moment.

Hell's yeah.
I read his book "The Ice Opinion" and he has an entire chapter devoted to all his "Pimping Knowledge".
Plus, its his skills as pimp that let him get married to a hot ***** like CoCo.

50cent was not the major crack dealer he'd like you to believe he was. He got arrested twice for small amounts of smack. Dummy got caught twice sellin to under covers in the same spot like back to back, dingbat! It kills me when people rap about being a predicate felon and havin mad arrests and doin all this time, like that sht is cool. Hello, wake up! If u keep gettin caught and doin time, ur a shtty criminal, give up the streetlife, its not for you, try rappin about streetlife or makin beats, cause the real thang ain't for you. Dumbasses! I can't believe cats rap about gettin caught and doin time, stupid. Pimpin, if these dudes was pimps, they'd have better rhymes, pimps be rhymin they ass off and have mad flows, they what hoes like. If a rapper is a shtty flower, chances r he wasn't a pimp.

Yeah, but 50's flow is pretty good compared to other rappers.

Its when those dirty south rappers brag about their pimp skills is when I get pissed off.
 
50 Cent went to war with one of the most infamous drug cartels in the history of queens NY after working for them. Any street cat knows if you get caught 2 times that sh*t is your life. Anyone with 2 different arrests for robbery is a stick up kid(think of the 20 he got away with). Even the dude in Blow only got caught twice and he supplied the whole damn country. The real Ricky Ross got caught twice.

People like downplaying cats, but even dudes that don't f**k with 50 won't lie and say he wasn't living that lifestyle. Most they say is he took a b**ch route out.

On subject, tons of rappers are real pimps. That's a source of income. Tons still sell dope. Some still rob cats. Signing a deal doesn't put a million bucks in your pocket like they'd have you believe.

I can't think of many(if any) major west coast artists period that don't have a few chicks that keep their pockets full and run a trunkfull if they gotta scrape up some quick cash..

Ice T got a real award. I'm not familiar enough with pimping to know exactly what "organization" gave it to him. I think he may have showed it on his MTV cribs episode.

I know she looks fake. Seeing how she got so many surgeries, she's more plastic than a barbie doll.

Still, if given the chance, I think any sane man would do her.

Gettin caught is their way of letting others know that they were real thugs/gangstas.
Face it, you can't play with s**t and not get your hands dirty. Sooner or later you're gonna get caught.
The only niggaz that have real credibility are the ones that have the least number of arrests and the biggest reputation in their hood.
I.E 50 Cent.
 
rappers aren't the only people generating income off the pimp game
