PCDJ Red/Total Recorder Help!!!!

hi all. i have pcdj red 5.1 on my desktop computer. with two soundcards. one for main out and one for monitoring.

when i set soundcard 1 direct sound to internal souncard and soundcard two to my external usb soundcard all is fine.

HOWEVER...when i change my soundcard 1 direct sound to Total Recorder emulated in order to record my mix. I am unable to cue and monitor correctly. What I am finding is that when say cueing my first track for examply and playing it. It will come out through the monitor a half second before the pc speakers. This happens on any attempted mix, and resulting in me having to pitch bend like mad to get it cued up. Obviously this is no good if I'm wanting to make a mix cd.

Any advice aprreciated or even alternative recording software i should try. Thanks in advance.

* as stated earlier the above does not happen when direct sound 1 is set to the soundcard * This is no good to me though as Total Recorder will not record unless the emulator setting is set.
 
had to buy an alternative and am now mixing fine and dandy. Polderbits Sound Recorder came to save the day.

Although i am not a big fan of the music. I gave the last one a listen. Not bad at all. :D I use sony sound forge to do my recording. Although i am only use a sound card that came with my POS Dell, it sill works. If you want to give my short mix a listen you can. Here is the streaming link for ya :)

btw peeps i have had to take Urban Grooves 1 down temporaily and i have moved Urban Grooves 2 to the following location :
