Patchbay setup suggestions

Peace. I finally found the new forum. I have a problem trying to map out my hardware samplers/analog mixer/DAW/patchbays layout.

First a list of the gear and connection count & type:

Samplers: (audio connectors)
Akai MPC2000xl (8 individual outs plus left & right out and left & right record inputs 1/4"): 10 outs 2 ins
Akai S2000 (8 individual outs plus left & right out and left & right record inputs 1/4"): 10 outs 2 ins
Akai S900 (8 individual outs plus left & right out and mono record input on 1/4"): 10 outs 1 in
Ensoniq EPSm (8 individual outs plus left & right out and mono record input on 1/4"): 10 outs 1 in
Ensoniq EPS16+ Turbo (8 individual outs and mono Rec input 1/4"): 8 outs 1 in
E-MU SP-12 Turbo (8 individual outs plus mono mix out and mono Rec input 1/4"): 9 outs 1 in
E-MU Emax SE (8 individual outs plus left & right out and Mono Rec input 1/4"): 10 outs 1 in

Console:
Tascam M1600 (16 channel) 16x8x2 inline console
8 mic preamps
16 line inputs on 1/4"
16 Tape returns on DB25
8 Bus Outs on DB25
6 effects sends & returns

DAW hardware:
Digidesign DIgi001 8x8 Pci interface Inputs and outputs on 1/4" jacks
Alesis Ai3 8 channel AD/DA converter 8 ins & 8 outs on both 1/4" (analog side) and Optical ADAT (digital side)

Effects:
Lexicon MX400 4 channel Multi EFX unit: 4 analog ins and outs on 1/4"

Patchbays:
Two Behringer PX3000's (supports 3 configurations)
Three Neutrik NYS-SPPL 1 bays
One Hosa PHB284 16 channel Half Norm Patchbay

My main concern is how to connect all my samplers track to DAW and send the DAW back to the console for mixing and recording the results as a stereo audio track.
Any and all suggestions using my gear list is welcome. thank you.

Some information about your monitoring setup might help, and do you have an EB16 effects card in your Akai S2000 which you use to run your other hardware through?
