Obtaining that low pass filter sound in Fl?

Hi this is prob a noob questions but I have a track im making and im trying to create a bridge with a low pass filtered drums and pads. Whats the best way to do this in fl? Or should I just track it out to cubase or something and then mix it there? Thanks i advance guys

if you are looking for that radio voice sound what i do is load up the fruity free filter and some mild distortion and juz turn the freq up some and add a lil slight distortion like maybe 2-5%

if you really want to make it sort of "build up" then i would suggest adding a lil phaser in there too
