noob question: does anyone know how to get those hard hitting araabmuzik kicks

recently iv'e been hearing many beats with araabmuziks hard hitting kicks and i began to wonder if there is a drum kit with those kicks or there layering there own kicks to get that sound....which leds me to my question how do you layer or eq your kicks to get that sound...

yea dude. Theres a ton of drum kits in the vengeance sample pack you can also type in on google or something aarabmuzik kicks and you might find something on samples on there keep lookin bro you will find something haha there is alot of drum packs out there just find the one you like and sounds like his kicks
 
thanx dude i will defiantly take a look....i have a few arrabmuzik kits some ok and some just plain trash thats why i figured if i here other producers using some of his kicks i figured there has got to be the right one some where...finding the right kit is like finding the right sample you just gotta keep diggin i gues lol
 
i think if you can download the vengance sample pack then you will be good cuase you can have alot of different kicks plus with all the different FXs you can have you will find that one sound it just takes some getting use to with the fx cuase itll probably be annoying haha but ya i deff recommend the vengance pack. and do you make hip hop beats?
 
yea i mainly produce hip hop im a beginner tho...iv'e been playing around with a few trance/rock samples i found...wish i knew some really good trance/rock songs to check out they have that face pace/weird sounds iv'e grown to like...i got my hands on the vengeance pack and its great...way closer to those araabmuzik sounds then i already had...thanx for the heads up on that vengeance pack...took hours to get my hands on it
 
aye dude no problem and i know a ton of trance songs haha i love trance and house music oh yea the vengance pack took me like 3 hours to download i should of shown you were to get it at sorry bout that -___-
 
its cool man i got all of them at once so i cant complain...if you dont mind could you tell me a few good trance songs that'll put me on the right path..
 
There are millions of wannabe araab kits on the market. Truth be told you can take any decent sounding kick and make it sound just as good if not better than what he's using. You just have to filter your kicks (layer as well) if you need help with this let me know and I will help you
 
Some people dis agree but I think layering kicks is always a good idea, you might want to look at how to mix kick drums for example EQ'ing and compression. There are various mixing techniques you can use to make you kicks sound punchy and pump through your track.

Have a look in the mixing section.
 
Yea dude ok so some of the best trance is like upliffting and then there is progressive the trance artists that i love the most is alex morph, armin van buuren, shogun, Dash berlin and there are a whole bunch more but yea look thoose up and you will find some really good trance idk if you wanted specific song names but yea thats what i listen too i have alot more i just dont wanna go through my ipod lol. Are you going to start producing trance?
 
thank you guys for all the info....& yea dude if your willig i defiantly could use your help with layering CYKO...DJR yea iv'e asked a few other people there take on layering some say good many said bad but i think its kind of cool and something i would defiantly try my hardest to work on...and good looks on the kind of trance sound i should look into SILOH i will defiantly look into thos....and i was thinking of doing like a cross bread between the trance and hip hop kinda of like araab because i think its very intresting mixing the two....its kind of unexpected and different at the same time

Ive been searching for this "Vengeance Kit" could sumone point me in the right direction....Im looking for it too
 
yea man try the pirate bay.org they might have it i have an invite only sample site that i go too so thats how i think i got it :P
 
you know CIRCAB i was also thinking of that...but im not to good with sampling kicks from songs..if you know any tutz or have info on that i wouldn't mind checking them out....and yea that Vengeance pack should be on pirate bay...took me hours to find...just google it and you should find it..
