Newbie to selling beats online

Just a quick question - say you find people on twitter saying send beats to such and such email, and you do and now they want to buy the beat. However, you don't have a soundclick or anything like that. How would you go about selling the beat?

Have them send you the money and then just send them the product? Or get an account on any website that allows your tracks to be uploaded and transferred to the customer once they have paid in a more secure way (if they are not sure whether you'll send it after they paid or not)

log into your paypal and send a money request to their e-mail for the amount agreed upon.

You could always set up an automatic payment where they pay and they can automatically download your product from a specific website.
