Yo whats up? Here is a experimental atmospheric beat I made with a friend on FL studio. Its a mix of atmospheric sounds a bit of trapish on the drums and a part for chill house. No samples used. I would like some feedback if you can!
All feed is welcome and will recieve feedback.

Peace

Good experimental hybrid, well done. The changes in tempo (and genre if you like) is very effective. This is a track rather than a beat I think, and it has some real atmosphere.

Must admit I am almost entirely ignorant of contemporary styles but I appreciate the production values. The vinyl crackle is a nice touch too!

This is nice man! I def agree I could hear ASAP Ferg or even Rocky on this. Wow, I really love how different this is. Keep it up man!

This as an idea has quite alot of potential, in terms of melody and structure. You kept me listening by regular additions.

It really sounds like your being held back by your sound library though. The kick, snare and 808 bass were okay but the rest sounded quite cheap. No offence meant by that, but i feel like i have been there myself and it can be a slow process to work on.

My advice would be just to play close attention to the vision your trying to create and weather the sounds you have match up with it, use professionally released tracks as your reference point.
But MAINLY - avoid using using synths as they are given to you in VSTi form without adding your two cents, its quite rare that you'll find the exact sound your looking for, but with a couple changes to the settings you can definitely get much closer.

Hope this helps. Keep it up.
