So I just recently thought of buying Izotope ozone advanced 7 for making my mastering easier. Keep in mind that I don't want my music to sound professional, instead I would like it to sound presentable for a demo. Should I buy it?

I own izotope 7. While it is exceptionally good, for a demo not needed. If you've got the extra cash wasting away buy it. I bought the bundle when it was on offer. Check 3rd party sellers too, sometimes they have better discounts.
 
iZotope Ozone has always been one of my main go to plugins for mastering I've just recently went from 5 to 7 and love it. Along side Ozone I usually use McDSP and Slate Digital plugins maybe have a look into them as alternatives.
