Need some advice choosing a USB audio interface

Hello!

I've been reading some threads regarding USB audio interfaces and every one pretty much leaves you still confused if the device is worth getting or not. I am hoping someone can give some definite advice on which to choose.

My price range is up to a maximum of 200euro. I will be recording 1 live guitar, 1 live vocal and 1 midi instrument. I will also have a USB midi keyboard connected to the laptop which I will be using.

So to recap I need:

2 Line/Instr. IN (1 with phantom power minimum)
Midi IN
Stereo out (preferably TRS)
Phone out

My choices so far are (ordered by price from highest to lowest):

+1 Focusrite USB Interface Saffire 6 USB

+0 M-Audio Fast Track Pro

+0 Presonus AudioBox 2x2 USB Recording-Interface

I would really appreciate any help. I guess since most other threads seem to end up with people disagreeing with each other, would you please also add a +1 vote to one of the above (or a different device) so that I can tally up the votes
