need help to start producing software

Hi
we Are a small programmer team(4 graduated student in software engineering) And we wanna produce some Applications for Windows but because of lack of market we can not start projects and we dont have a great investor to support our team.
i think ask here for best solution for us . i think that maybe we can contact to some software companies or send an email to Get some simple projects or a part of their projects. is this possible?
somebody told me that we can produce a software package and find a publisher for that.
what is your idea?

excuse me i have used google translate to choose some statements and i could not tell what i want exactly. forgive me if some statements are not understandable.
we can make some applications but the problem is marketing because we cannot sell our product locally. we need customer first because of financial problems we need to get projects from others for first step.
i hope you have understood my mean
 
You might want to look into what they call reselling rights.

Also maybe looking into a marketing course also.
