Need help connecting my MPC 500

A couple of things:
* CPU refers to the processor of your computer, not the computer itself (just to avoid confusion in the future)
* The MBoxes are just another series of audio interfaces - you already have one. No, you don't need one.
* There's a bunch of ways to connect the MPC to a computer, depending on what you want to achieve: USB for data transfer, MIDI for, uh, MIDI and the audio outs just to record what comes out of it. The latter is probably what you want here: you just hook up regular 1/4" cables to the outs of the MPC to...oh f*ck, the Fast Track only has one normal input? Well, at least you can record in mono...
