My first beat. Would like some feedback

Just got FL about a month ago, this is the first beat I've sat down and put to song mode. Let me know what you all think.
And ya I know the watermark is corny but I just threw it in the speech synth.

What's up? First of all, how does it feels like to render your first beat? I remember when I did it that was stoooopid dumb! I felt like the king of all lol.
Anyway, for a first beat it is not that bad but you need to work on your
- structure
- the mix, it's really really muddy and clipping a bit
- the sounds, try to find more high quality sounds for your likings

I hope to hear some new things from you and keep doing what you are doing!

I would have to agree with Phami as far as structure is concerned. There was really no discernible intro-build-body/drop etc. Hats did sound nice though. Maybe look into getting some VSTs to diversify and work on letting some of the beat air out. Meaning cut some instruments out, add back in, etc to kindof build the song.

Sounds like you are moving in the right direction for sure!

Ya I really wanted to see how people would like the beat so I didn't really put it together any special way. Regarding the mix, what are some things I can do to take away the clipping or diversify my sounds?
